Job summary

Craneware is seeking a Contract Pharmacy Partner to join our remote US team. You will manage relationships with contract pharmacy partners, coach onboarding, and coordinate issue resolution while advocating for partner needs.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmacy or healthcare and strong 340B program knowledge, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is assumed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of the 340B Program and healthcare/hospital operations.
• Experience in customer service and account management, preferably within healthcare.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships that drive engagement and retention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within contract pharmacy partner organizations
• Supporting onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of solutions through best practices, coaching, and training
• Managing pharmacy partner cases by triaging issues, problem-solving, and coordinating resolutions
• Driving partner satisfaction through follow-up activities, solution development, and internal collaboration
• Leading Annual Business Reviews focused on milestones, adoption, and strategic goals
• Facilitating improvements to communications, tools, training, and product capabilities
• Monitoring trouble tickets and advocating internally for pharmacy partner needs
• Representing the company at select trade shows and user conferences
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, services, competitors, and the 340B healthcare environment
