Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Contract Performance & Compliance Specialist to implement, monitor, and report on activities for contract performance and compliance projects. The role includes data mapping, collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of behavioral health provider data in accordance with SAMHSA requirements.

This remote position is based within West Virginia with potential in-person meetings at the Charleston office, and requires adherence to HIPAA policies and company-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (data collection, analysis, reporting; or contract compliance).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience organizing, conducting, and documenting team meetings.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain procedures for tracking, executing, and improving Behavioral Health Provider Data.
• Read contracts, amendments, and RFPs to identify and track project deliverables.
• Utilize and improve upon current project compliance processes.
• Monitor contract compliance and performance to alert leadership of trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Document and maintain process and access requirements for contract compliance tracking.
• Lead the team on mapping, collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of data per SAMHSA guidelines.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external partners; document decisions and action items.
