Acentra Health is seeking a Contract Performance & Compliance Specialist to implement, monitor, and report on activities for contract performance and compliance projects. The role focuses on Behavioral Health Provider Data and SAMHSA-aligned requirements within West Virginia.

The position offers remote work with possible in-person meetings, and requires coordinating with internal and external partners while ensuring HIPAA/privacy compliance and accurate data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting; contract compliance or behavioral health work.
• Experience in behavioral health or state government is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain procedures for tracking, executing, and improving Behavioral Health Provider Data.
• Read contracts, amendments, and RFPs to identify and track project deliverables.
• Utilize and improve upon current project compliance processes.
• Monitor contract compliance and performance to alert leadership of trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Document and maintain process and access requirements for contract compliance tracking.
• Lead mapping, data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of data per SAMHSA requirements.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external project partners; document decisions and action items.
• Read and adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA/privacy and security rules.
