Mercor is hiring a Healthcare Expert (contract, remote) to evaluate AI-generated medical responses and improve model reasoning. You will assess input data, compare outputs, and articulate reasons for superiority, focusing on clinical accuracy, safety, and sound medical judgment.

The role requires 2+ years in clinical practice or biomedical research, and proficiency in evidence-based guidelines and clear scientific communication. Immediate start on a rolling basis is offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of clinical practice, medical research, or biomedical specialty.
• Comfort applying current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses on challenging medical problems to improve model reasoning.
• Analyze input files and assess each model's reasoning to inform judgment.
• Clearly explain why one output outperforms another, focusing on clinical accuracy, safety and quality of medical reasoning.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.
