Mercor is seeking experienced MDs or DOs to evaluate health AI models remotely in the United States. You will review outputs across diagnoses, clinical reasoning and care workflows, and provide structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy and safety.

The role requires an active US license, completion of residency, and 3+ years post-residency experience. It is a contractor, part-time engagement offering ~20+ hours per week for a six-week duration.

Qualifications

• Evaluate health AI model outputs for clinical accuracy, safety and alignment with medical standards.
• Score diagnoses, case reasoning and care recommendations against expert judgment.
• Write structured feedback on clarity, safety and clinical rigor.
• Flag failure modes that compromise patient safety.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance.
