Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage SLAs with subcontractors in a hybrid Houston office. The role requires a strong background in contract management, vendor negotiations, and regulatory compliance to support the company’s service operations.

The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, track expirations, and collaborate with legal, sales, and service teams to ensure terms meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; contract management certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years in contract management, vendor negotiations, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, compliance and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of vendor contracts and SLAs with subcontractors.
• Evaluate pricing proposals and oversee bidding for favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with legal, sales and service teams to align terms.
• Track expirations and initiate renewals to avoid disruptions.
• Generate performance reports and maintain an organized contract database.
