Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in public procurement, contract administration, or closely related field.
• Two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Experience interpreting and applying procurement ordinances and contract provisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized contract templates and related resources.
• Coordinate with County departments to ensure compliant contract provisions and efficient administration.
• Monitor compliance with procurement laws, grant requirements, and contract performance.
• Provide guidance as the County’s subject matter expert on contract lifecycle management.
