Qualifications

• Active California license to practice law
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience, including complex commercial, liability, or catastrophic injury matters
• Strong legal writing and motion practice
• Sound judgment, clear communication, and ownership of matters
• Interest in outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort clients

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate complex disputes for client matters
• Prepare and argue motions, engage in pretrial filings
• Directly interact with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Own milestones and drive matters to successful conclusions
