Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Contract Advisor to own and coordinate the end-to-end contract lifecycle for opportunities, ensuring timely progress and compliance across Commercial, Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Customer Success teams.

You will drive governance, manage risk, and maintain accurate contract records in Agiloft while partnering with stakeholders to improve cycle times and optimize contract workflows in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in contract administration or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional workflows.
• Experience with CLM systems and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with audit-ready documentation.
