The contractor will produce and update guides, illustrations, and related documentation across product families, adhering to schedules and standards while collaborating with engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop for technical illustrations.
• Advanced InDesign skills for page layout, typography, and templates.
• Strong illustration skills including exploded and sectional views, callouts, and hardware details.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD-based illustration workflows.
• Ability to interpret CAD files, BOMs, and engineering notes for visuals and instructions.
• Sharp attention to detail in step order, terminology, and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create and update installation guides from kickoff to delivery.
• Maintain InDesign layouts with templates and visual standards.
• Produce technical illustrations using Illustrator, Photoshop, and SolidWorks.
• Interpret CAD files, BOMs, and engineering notes to develop visuals.
• Organize content and callouts into a logical, customer-friendly flow.
• Review guides for accuracy, clarity, and usability; implement feedback.
