Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing/reimbursement, coverage, claims, and appeals.
• Understanding of public and private Managed Care payers and reimbursement process.
• Proficient with Excel and Epic or similar database; maintain competency levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications for contracts, amendments, and notifications for internal Revenue Cycle Team.
• Collaborate with Field Managed Care in payer negotiations for operational optimization.
• Develop and maintain a contract database and contract management system with legal teams.
• Analyze payer performance and address revenue pull-through scenarios across payers.
• Support pull-through plans to meet revenue recovery goals quarterly/annually.
• Identify opportunities to recover revenue and prioritize plan-driven efforts.
