iuvo Clinical is seeking a Contract Clinical Study Project Manager to oversee studies from start-up to close-out. This remote role collaborates with clinicians, sponsors, vendors, and FDA inspectors to ensure trial success and PMs are responsible for timelines, budgets, and TMF accuracy.

The position supports remote work with occasional travel, requiring strong communication and regulatory expertise. The appointment runs from October 2026 through March 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and survey tools; familiarity with eTMF systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and align trial conduct with sponsor objectives
• Oversee study timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
• Identify vendor requirements and manage vendor activities
• Communicate risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Forecast subject enrollment and evaluate timeline impacts
• Ensure TMF completeness and regulatory compliance
• Prepare status reports and participate in client meetings
