Job summary

Iron Gate Law Group is seeking a Washington-licensed attorney to remotely review consumer demand letters and approve them for issuance under firm letterhead. You will guide revisions with a dedicated paralegal and ensure timely responses through a ClickUp channel.

This is a fully remote independent contractor engagement with no court appearances or client meetings. You determine your schedule; pay is a flat $500 per month per state, with standard professional liability coverage maintained.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington for at least five continuous years.
• Active license and current good standing in every jurisdiction of admission.
• No public disciplinary history and no pending grievance, disciplinary proceeding, or malpractice claim.
• Maintain active professional liability insurance throughout the engagement and provide proof upon request.
• Sound professional judgment and comfort reviewing consumer demand letters efficiently; and
• Reliable availability during the work week.

Responsibilities

• Review each demand letter and approve for issuance under your signature on firm letterhead, or direct revisions with the assigned paralegal.
• Respond to messages within two working days and coordinate with the team as needed.
