Iron Gate Law Group seeks a California-licensed attorney to review and sign consumer demand letters on firm letterhead. This fully remote 1099 independent contractor role requires five years of CA practice and current good standing in all jurisdictions of admission.

You will review letters, direct needed revisions to a paralegal, and approve letters for issuance with firm approval. Flexible schedule, no court appearances, travel, or billable hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California for at least five continuous years.
• Active license and current good standing in every jurisdiction of admission.
• No public disciplinary history and no pending grievance, disciplinary proceeding, or malpractice claim.
• Sound professional judgment and comfort reviewing consumer demand letters efficiently.
• Reliable availability during the work week.

Responsibilities

• Review demand letters prepared by the firm and approve for issuance under your signature on firm letterhead, or direct the paralegal for revisions.
• Respond to messages within two working days.
• Work is fully remote with no court appearances or travel; schedule is self-directed.
