Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington for at least five continuous years.
• Active license in every jurisdiction of admission.
• Maintain active professional liability (legal malpractice) insurance throughout the engagement and provide proof of coverage upon request.
• Reliable availability during the work week.

Responsibilities

• Review demand letters and approve for issuance under your signature on firm letterhead.
• Direct the paralegal we assign to you regarding any revisions needed before approval.
• Respond to messages directed to you within two working days.
• There are no court appearances, client meetings, travel, or billable-hour requirements. Work remotely and set your own schedule.
