Formación

• J.D. required and NY admission.
• Flexible on ability to work between 10-20 hours per week.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation or transactional law with substantial drafting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts and other business agreements.
• Prepare commercial litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery papers.
• Conduct targeted legal research and analysis, identifying relevant issues and risks.
• Translate strategic direction into accurate, well-organized documents requiring minimal revision.
• Manage assignments independently, meet deadlines, and communicate progress or delays.
