Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing active cases independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation experience is a plus.
• Corporate transactional experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as counsel on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Manage key aspects including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and negotiations.
