Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a remote contractor to help train next-generation AI systems. You will create realistic coding tasks for AI to solve, focusing on feature implementation and bug fixes, while building deterministic verifiers to accept valid solutions.

No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge matters. You will work flexibly, including weekends if desired, and contribute to scalable backend services and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar.
• Track record building scalable services and APIs.
• Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing.
• Solid code review instincts.
• Cybersecurity or SecOps background is a big plus — secure coding, appsec, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE.

Responsibilities

• Train next-generation AI systems by creating realistic coding tasks and evaluating solutions.
• Implement deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject invalid ones.
• Help shape how models learn, reason and perform through high-quality real-world input.
