Qualifications

• Strong backend experience building scalable services and APIs.
• Experience debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
• Solid code review instincts.
• Cybersecurity or SecOps background is a plus (OWASP/CWE or security-focused reviews).

Responsibilities

• Train AI systems by creating realistic coding tasks involving feature implementation and bug fixes.
