The role emphasizes precise documentation, managing contract templates, and maintaining comprehensive records. Minimum two years of relevant experience required; working from home in Pennsylvania with a 40-hour week, dayshift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and standards.
• Identify and communicate potential operational, legal and financial issues and propose alternatives during contract development.
• Manage contract templates, reference materials and maintain accurate records of contracting documents and renewals.
