Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Contract Administrator to manage contract lifecycles, negotiate favorable terms, and coordinate with Operations, Finance and Legal. Remote role across the United States, supporting Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and related units.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in procurement, contract management and contract review.
• Experience with warehouse operations or facility services contracts preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Legal and other teams to support contract requirements.
• Manage contract activities from initiation to completion with milestones and deadlines.
• Lead RFI, RFQ and RFP processes including supplier outreach, bid analysis and pricing negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, service scopes, payment terms and renewals for value.
• Conduct supplier evaluations based on capability, capacity, financial stability and performance.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal and stakeholders and manage approvals through execution.
• Support supplier onboarding, site access coordination and implementation planning.
• Monitor supplier compliance with SLAs and drive corrective actions.
• Work with Finance to validate invoices and ensure billing accuracy per terms.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for cost reduction and quality.
• Research and qualify alternative suppliers to support sourcing and continuity.
• Maintain contract records, renewal schedules and supplier performance metrics.
• Track supplier performance, risks, and commitments to meet service expectations.
