Job summary

General Motors seeks a Contingent Workforce Program Manager to lead cross-functional workforce programs within AV Operations. You will establish governance, manage vendor partners, and ensure workforce readiness, onboarding, and compliance while providing leadership with reliable staffing visibility.

You will partner with Human Resources, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Safety to reduce friction, improve supplier accountability, and sustain cost discipline across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management/operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AV Operations point of contact for vendor-managed contingent workforce.
• Translate workforce demand into requisitions, targets, onboarding plans.
• Lead contingent workforce lifecycle: onboarding, training, changes, extensions, transfers, offboarding.
• Maintain communications with contingent workers, vendors, and AV stakeholders.
