Job summary

Kelly is seeking a CWO Coordinator to manage contingent workforce operations remotely. You will partner with hiring managers, approved vendors, and the internal program support team to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate billing, and timely assignments.

This role emphasizes customer service excellence, strong communication, and meticulous process execution in a fast-paced environment. A BA/BS or equivalent experience and 2+ years in service roles are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates initiative, self‑motivation, and strong time management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet‑based tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for team escalations.
• Act as the primary contact for customer and internal team questions and issues.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, program team, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage operational activities, including onboarding and offboarding contractors, background checks, renewals, site-specific requirements, badges.
• Ensuring consistent and accurate use of VMS and billing systems.
• Timely completion of documentation and administrative tasks.
• Confirming assignment logistics (start/end dates, location, pay rates, hours, etc.).
• Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve program-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers through consistent follow-up and communication.
• Contribute as a collaborative team member to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identify service delivery issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
