• Ability to work independently and move fast in a remote startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping hooks and titles.
• Come up with strong thumbnail concepts with the design team.
• Identify viral trends in Web3, Crypto, and creator ecosystem.
• Plan weekly content strategies and content calendars.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats and storytelling styles.
• Figure out what makes our audience click, watch and come back.
• Collaborate with editors, designers and the podcast team.
• Give clear creative direction for content packaging.
• Ensure content is published consistently across platforms.
• Monitor views, reach, engagement and content performance.
