Braintrust is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator for a fully remote, US-only 1099 contract (6 months, ~30 hrs/week). You will coordinate, organize, and manage content across social platforms, focusing on TikTok and LinkedIn, without on-camera duties.

Qualifications

• Early-career or entry-level marketing experience is welcome.
• Strong interest in social media, especially TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and online audiences.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable following up with people and keeping projects on track.
• Able to work quickly and proactively without needing constant direction.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quickly.
• Experience or interest in medical education, pre-med, college students, or tutoring is a plus.
• A current or former pre-med/college student would be a strong fit, but this is not required.
• Interested in building systems, processes, and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and best practices.
• Build and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Coordinate content collection from tutors and other team members.
• Help ensure content is collected, organized, and ready to move through the publishing process.
• Coordinate with approximately six tutors and other team members who will be creating video content.
• Keep content initiatives moving quickly and loop in relevant stakeholders.
• No on-camera work required; focus on coordinating and managing content.
