Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to own the brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. You’ll respond to comments, craft short-form videos, seed creator partnerships, and turn trends into authentic content that drives community growth.

This fully remote, contractor role is aligned with US Eastern hours. You should be fluent in North American beauty culture, comfortable scripting witty copy, and able to film on a smartphone or edit with CapCut.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years managing social media channels for a consumer, lifestyle, or beauty brand.
• Deep familiarity with North American beauty culture, internet humor, and TikTok trends.
• Ability to capture and edit native short-form video using a smartphone or desktop editor.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engagement across TikTok and Meta, replying to comments and DMs.
• Pitch content ideas and produce native, mobile-first short-form video and UGC clips.
• Seed products to micro-creators and influencers to maintain a steady pipeline of organic content.
• Share community insights with Growth and Design teams to inspire new ad angles.
