Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking a meticulous Content Operations & Marketing Assistant for a fully remote role. You will own content tracking, asset processing, and publishing across Wix CMS and IMDb entries, starting with migrating a 400+ video library.

The role evolves to monthly content additions, repurposing, and outreach, with client communications handled by the founder. You will leverage AI tools to draft and fact-check content, build brand prompts, and ensure consistency across platforms

Qualifications

Must excel at managing high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Proficient in using AI tools to draft content and then verify for brand consistency.
Strong written English for web, PR, and social copy.

Responsibilities

Maintain a central Master Content Tracker in Google Sheets and update statuses in real time.
Migrate 400+ videos into Wix CMS portfolio pages and ensure accurate metadata.
Submit IMDb director and collaborator credits with no conjecture, tracking approvals.
Transform founder voice notes/docs into structured drafts for portfolios, case studies, blogs, pitches.
Repurpose content into blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and editorial pitches with platform-specific formats.
Research and maintain authoritative industry directories and write-up approved profiles.
Pitch custom story angles and contribute to editorial outreach to earn organic backlinks (no paid links).
Optional: create Simple Canva visuals and schedule social posts across platforms.
