Job summary

Glean is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Japan to build and lead our Japanese content marketing engine. Working with Sales, partners, and marketing, you will create and localize credible content for Japanese enterprise buyers, ensuring it reaches the right audiences and drives demand and pipeline.

You will own the content priorities, improve priority pages, and develop native content such as customer stories, blog articles, guides, and video scripts, while designing SEO and distribution

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese writing and professional English communication.
• 7+ years in B2B content marketing, preferably in enterprise tech.
• Experience with website content, SEO, analytics, and demand-generation assets.
• Ability to lead content beyond production, including distribution and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Create Japan-native content such as customer stories, blog articles, and guides.
• Localize credible content for Japanese enterprise buyers and align with sales.
• Build SEO and distribution programs to improve discovery and conversion.
• Develop customer references with Sales, CS, and Legal.
• Plan content distribution across digital, events, partners, and nurture.
• Manage agencies/freelancers and ensure messaging accuracy.
• Measure content performance and drive improvements for pipeline.
