Qualifications

• 4+ years in content marketing, brand communications, or related field.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Proven track record developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels, especially in healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven industries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt tones for different audiences.
• Comfort working with data and translating insights into content optimizations.
• A deep sense of empathy and sensitivity in healthcare communications.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Canva, Figma, Google Business Profiles, Braze, Airtable, and Zoom webinar functionality.
• Experience managing contracted designers and developers to align on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the knownwell public website content strategy and SEO-aligned copy.
• Own the blog content strategy and articles in collaboration with SEO and clinical teams.
• Oversee printed collateral, newsletters, webinars, and patient-facing materials with cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate content across all owned channels with designers, website engineers, and marketing team.
• Coordinate content between teams and manage reviews for profiles across listing platforms.
