Job summary

International Justice Mission in the United States seeks a Content Creation Manager, Prayer Mobilization, to provide strategic leadership and hands‑on content creation for external prayer support. This role reports to the Chief Resources Officer and works in a hybrid setting (onsite in VA/DC area or remote for non‑local candidates).

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent writing capabilities and messaging skills.
• Experience coaching speakers and co-creating presentations.
• Passion for prayer and spiritual formation.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise strategies to deepen prayer support.
• Lead Global Prayer Gathering messaging and rehearsals.
• Create spiritual formation content for Christian audiences.
• Manage prayer content pipeline across channels and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Development to integrate prayer into campaigns.
• Cultivate external prayer networks and partnerships.
