Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely.

Work remotely on your own schedule. You will explain in writing what looked off, with emphasis on clarity and evidence-based reasoning, helping frontier AI systems improve while earning competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Comfortable with live conversations and evaluating AI outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and clear each response sounds and explain why.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write explicit, evidence-based explanations of errors observed.
