Job summary

SimpleTiger is seeking a Content Coordinator (U.S. Based, Remote Contractor) to manage content assets and client communication throughout production. You will coordinate across editors, stock image vendors, and the Content Production Manager, ensuring timely handoffs and clear instructions for contributors.

Responsibilities include collecting briefs, organizing assets, tracking feedback, and flagging delays. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator with SaaS workflow experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in content coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar client-facing support role.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional updates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing content versions and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content projects across stages of production following AirOps workflows.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client briefs, drafts, images, feedback, and final deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to request missing information and share status updates.
• Coordinate handoffs between clients, editors, stock image vendors, and the Content Production Manager.
• Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding requests.
• Prepare final content assets for delivery with clear labeling and correct versions.
