Job summary

Crew 2, Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a team of sales representatives within a fast-growing contact center.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and drive the team to meet or exceed sales goals while upholding service quality. The role includes training, coaching, and scheduling responsibilities, with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on customer engagement and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of water heater installation industry or related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of sales representatives in a contact center.
• Develop and implement training programs and conduct coaching sessions.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics; address gaps and drive improvements.
• Coordinate and manage work schedules to ensure coverage during operating hours.
• Collaborate with marketing for customer engagement and lead generation; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee remote work on Sundays and Mondays; maintain connectivity and productivity.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
