Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Consumer Protection Litigation Attorney for a fully remote position based in San Francisco, CA. The attorney will independently manage an active caseload, handle litigation from filing through resolution, and collaborate with team members as needed.

The role requires California bar admission and 18+ months of civil litigation experience in California state or federal court, plus strong drafting and research skills. Remote work with a dedicated team is offered.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• 18+ months of civil litigation experience in California state or federal court.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents.
• Knowledge of Federal and California Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience with electronic discovery and document production.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal and California state litigation from filing to resolution.
• Investigate claims and develop case strategies.
• Draft litigation documents including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analyze issues.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Manage discovery processes and document production.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
