Job summary

Citi is hiring for a Correspondent Account Executive support role covering the Pacific Northwest. The position requires coordinating with the Account Executive to prospect new clients, onboard lenders, and address client issues during Pacific Time business hours.

You’ll work with CPE to address quality trends and maintain lender data in Salesforce. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in correspondent lending sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years correspondent lending originations experience (sales support/ops).
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven relationship-building ability.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Account Executive on prospecting new clients and onboarding.
• Work with CPE to address client quality trends and improve loan quality.
• Serve as point of contact for client escalations and portal issues.
• Communicate with clients and internal partners; support monthly reviews.
• Assist AE to obtain incremental volume within the territory.
• Maintain lender contact info in Salesforce and handle admin tasks.
