• Analyze current financial position of members to assess risk in lending decisions.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Explain loan options and programs to partners and staff.
• Process credit disputes and participate in cross-selling lending products.
• Support Lending and Real Estate phone queues and related duties.
