Job summary

This full‑time role focuses on staff performance and development, workload planning, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed. You will collaborate with lenders and risk/compliance teams to meet department deadlines and uphold policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Experience in the lending industry focused on loan processing and servicing (3-5 years).
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise consumer loan processing activities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage staffing decisions including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan and organize workload assignments to optimize resource use and meet deadlines.
