Job summary

FM Cleveland Operations is seeking a Consultant Engineer to learn and apply risk mitigation strategies for client properties. You will work from a home office, perform site assessments, and communicate findings with consultants and clients.

Training will start with guided mentoring and evolve into independent project work. You will travel to client sites within driving distance, with a company car provided, and participate in FM’s comprehensive Total Rewards program including incentives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Zero to three years of industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from home office with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work.
• Wamiliarity with risk assessment concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on site risk assessments of client properties.
• Conduct engineering evaluations of fire protection and hazards.
• Prepare written reports after client site visits.
• Travel to client facilities; company car provided.
