Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and interdependencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex planning tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive construction schedules using project management software.
• Analyze project scope to create detailed work breakdown structures and resource plans.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align plans and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project planning reports, progress updates, and feasibility studies.
• Optimize resource allocation for labor, materials, and equipment.
