Phaser Marketing in the United States (Remote) is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify and nurture new clients in the construction industry. You will own the full outreach lifecycle from first contact to kickoff, coordinating with the CEO and Business Development Manager.

This fully remote role rewards proactive prospecting, rigorous qualification, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
• Construction industry background or subject matter expertise.
• Outgoing, high-energy presence.
• Curiosity and attention to detail.
• Reliability and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to manage your time and stay organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in digital marketing for service-based businesses is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus.
• Network or relationships in the construction industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead prospecting efforts: research companies, make cold calls, send outreach, and follow up with persistence.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients, inbound leads and self-generated prospects.
• Qualify leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Review and QA fulfillment deliverables using construction knowledge to catch issues.
• Travel to trade shows and industry events to represent Phaser and build relationships.
• Collaborate to ideate new marketing initiatives and extend reach in construction space.
• Support other teams on special projects as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all prospect interactions and pipeline.
