Job summary

Jukebox Health, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Operations Coordinator to support a portfolio of home modification projects in a remote setting. You will coordinate service providers, manage bids, schedule work, and monitor project milestones while maintaining precise CRM records and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vendor coordination, contractor coordination, dispatch, scheduling, project coordination, field operations, or a similar role.
• Strong phone presence, comfortable spending much of the day on calls and email with contractors, vendors, or small business owners.
• Persistent follow-up with busy contacts; detail-oriented data entry and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Service Provider Coordination: answer calls, manage bids, schedule/start dates, monitor progress, ensure clear expectations.
• Project Throughput: keep active projects moving, prioritize next actions from queues, remind milestones.
• Documentation, Claims & Administration: collect closeout docs, assist with claims, maintain CRM accuracy and records.
