Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the development and construction of Livewell Animal Hospital facilities from inception to completion. The role focuses on delivering high-quality facilities on time and within budget, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field and minimum 5 years construction management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Monday.com, or Workday.
• Strong strategic and long-range planning ability.
• Leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Livewell Animal Hospital facility construction projects from conception to completion across the portfolio.
• Drive adherence to established project management processes across internal teams.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams (operations, marketing, accounting, etc.).
• Review project scope to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Manage budgets and timelines across up to 10 concurrent hospital builds (typical budgets $1,000,000–$2,000,000).
• Coordinate and direct architects, general contractors and vendors.
• Review work progress daily and prepare internal status reports.
