• Demonstrated experience mentoring teams and contributing to organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile projects with budgets up to $20 million.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee all project financials: budgeting, cost control, forecasting, profitability.
• Drive scheduling and execution to meet key milestones and performance targets.
• Lead contract strategy, negotiations, and issue resolution.
• Identify business development opportunities and pursue new work with clients.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and company standards compliance.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and junior staff to support team growth.
• Influence best practices and process improvements across the organization.
