Job summary

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. seeks a Site Project Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract) to support construction project planning, coordination, and execution for the HTA Radiation Therapy Division.

The role requires coordination with project leadership, field personnel, subcontractors, and external stakeholders while prioritizing safety, quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of site construction experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an active CA contractor license.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the direction of construction site activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Active CA Class B General Contractors License or a Class C-61/D-34 Specialty Contractors License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project and Site Manager and Technical Supervisor in resolving construction issues
• Coordinates site meetings, defines agendas, and prepares minutes
• Reviews schedules, procedures, and safety reports prepared by the Subcontractor
• Accountable for setting the Safety Standard on the Project.
• Liaises with the Owner and Government officials as it pertains to the project.
• Provides knowledge of local means and methods
• Provides knowledge of heavy equipment installation
• Responsible for the communication with the representatives of the Trade Labor Unions on and off site.
