Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Construction Program Manager 5 to support datacenter projects across the Americas. This remote role offers flexible hours and requires seasoned leadership to manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in datacenter construction, strong project leadership, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and P6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in datacenter construction or mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing complex construction projects through full lifecycles.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365; Bluebeam; P6 preferred.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and oversight of datacenter construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk; deliver program results.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review metrics, costs, invoices, change orders; provide status reports to leadership.
• Prepare RFps, approval docs, and drive decisions across Americas.
