Job summary

Our client, a leading technology company in the datacenter construction industry, is seeking a Construction Program Manager 5 to join their team. This remote role supports mission-critical datacenter projects across the Americas, with a pay range of $91.05-$98.05/hr.

You will lead projects from initiation through completion, manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of datacenter construction or mission-critical environments.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects and cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including cost, schedule, budget, and safety management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and experience with Bluebeam; P6 experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, negotiation, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and oversight of mission-critical datacenter construction projects from initiation through completion.
