The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to work fast, and have a problem-solving ability. Familiarity with construction vendors is a plus. Qualifications

• Experience in construction, supply houses, or material sourcing preferred.
• Familiar with vendors like Home Depot, Lowe's, and local supply houses.

Responsibilities

• Source construction materials across all trades.
• Contact suppliers for pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Compare pricing to ensure the best cost options.
• Place orders and coordinate deliveries to job sites.
• Track material orders and update the team on status.
• Build relationships with suppliers in NJ, PA, and surrounding areas.
