Job summary

Playa Bowls is seeking a Construction Manager to lead restaurant buildouts from planning through opening. You will coordinate with franchise owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to keep schedules and budgets on track while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in restaurant construction, strong communication, and proficiency with FranConnect, Google Suite, and MS Office. Travel up to 30% and a remote/field-based work arrangement are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of restaurant construction management experience.
• Experience partnering with franchise owners throughout construction process.
• Proficient in Google Suite, FranConnect, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and cross‑functional coordination for new shop builds.
• Manage scheduling and budgets; monitor progress and costs.
• Ensure safety standards and code compliance on sites.
• Develop buildout standards and manage GC/vendor relationships.
• Support franchise owners with development budgets and timely buildouts.
