Qualifications

• Doctorally qualified to teach CM courses per IACBE definition.
• ABD status with major/minor in CM.
• Master's in CM or MBA with CM; 5+ years professional CM experience.
• Strong teaching experience and ongoing research/pedagogical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for approved curricula as outlined in the master syllabus.
• Recommend curriculum changes based on industry needs.
• Attend CE programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills.
• Work with program advisory committees as needed.
• Administer assessment instruments as requested by relevant directors.
• Maintain accurate attendance and academic records for students.
• Participate in faculty and in-service meetings and university functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
