Key duties include trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, and effective negotiation, with emphasis on rigorous legal research and persuasive writing. Prior construction litigation exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with construction litigation preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities
